Yes. Every professional's NID is verified, they pass a background check and complete training before taking jobs.
What if I'm not happy with the service?
Repairs come with a 30-day Nirbhor Warranty. Contact support and we'll send a professional to fix it at no extra cost.
Do I need to pay for spare parts?
Spare parts are charged separately at market rate. The professional will show you the part and price before replacing it.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Yes, you can cancel from 'My bookings' free of charge up to 2 hours before the slot.
